Style Inspiration: Travel Like Victoria Beckham

I don't know about you, but I can't think of anyone else that deserves the title 'style icon' more than Victoria Beckham. A former Posh girl, wife of the insanely hot David, and now a fashion designer with a bright future in her career development. It doesn't get much better than that, does it? Victoria is always dressed perfectly and properly for every occasion. How does she do that? Is it because she can afford to have so many clothes and ladies accessories and shoes, or is it the result of her fashion philosophy? No, it's definitely not the case of 'as much as money can buy' with Victoria; on the contrary, her all-times famous philosophy is ' less is more'.

I'm sure all of you ladies want to dress like Victoria, but let's be real; there aren't many of us who actually can spend that much money on looking stunning. But, a great outfit is not great because of designer labels, but because of smart combining of pieces. So, here are a few pieces to get, and create a signature style like the Posh girl:

Masticating Juicer: More Than Juicing

Masticating juicer is a type of juicer that uses only one auger, rotating at 80-100 RPM, to chew up the fiber of the fruits and vegetables. By crushing any fruit or vegetable to very small pieces, the juicer is meanwhile squeezing out all of their juice. It expels the pulp through a separate outlet. This method of preparing juice is no different to a slow juicing or cold press method.

The masticating juicer works much slower than centrifugal juicer, that's why it extracts much more enzymes, vitamins, fiber and trace minerals. However, the slow yet efficient working process of this juicer is an important consideration when buying a juicer.

The masticating juicer uses a single auger or gear, which is a drilling device that uses a rotating screw blade that acts as a screw conveyor to remove the pulp. What remains of the fruits and vegetables is then collected and strained through wire mesh. With the auger rotating, the inserted fruits and vegetables are crushed and squeezed against the juicer's outside wall. The filter (or wire mesh) holds the pulp, while the juice is forced out of the masticating juicer.

Wide Brim Hats: Ditch The Skip-Sunblock Excuses

We all love the Australian blazing sun, but we also know how dangerous for our skin it can be. Good news is that there are many quick and easy ways to protect our skin from the unhealthy ultra-violet rays, but bad news is that many of us do not practice any of them, as we stick to our skip-sunblock excuses.

I believe that many of you will find themselves in some of the following excuses that we usually use as a sort of justification for our irresponsible behaviour when it comes to basic skin protection.

My perfume story

I do love to shop. In fact, I'm a real shopaholic. I love spending hours and hours in shopping malls, it's  like a relaxing therapy after the stressful day in the office. Since fashion is my passion, I adore buying tones of clothes and I know every possible store in the city. I mainly do shopping in the malls downtown, and spend hours to find some fashionable pieces at best price. I was a real skeptic about online shopping, since one recent situation when I made my very first online order.

Last week I wanted to buy myself new summer-scent perfume. My friend recommended me Shock by Calvin Klein , so after work I went to the shopping center near the office. After visiting all perfume shops, I couldn't find it anywhere because it was on sale last week and was sold out. Driving home, I visited several other perfume stores, but it wasn't available anywhere. Later that day, I was complaining to my friend Lisa about the perfume, when she told me about an online shopping center she used to shop from. We did the research and fortunately I found few bottles from the perfume left.
